Announcement of Pocket Films Festival in Japan 2009, Yokohama
The 2nd Pocket Film Festival in Japan, scheduled for this November, is POSTPONED. Due to the financial problems, we have regretfully chosen to cancel our application programs to the public and postpone the scheduled festival on November.
The festival has been redesigned and rescheduled for January 24(Sat)-25(Sun), 2009. We apologize for the inconvenience this change may cause. We also apologize for the late notice, but we waited until the last possible minute to make this decision.
We’d like to extend a very sincere thanks to all of you for your best wishes and kind words during this very important time.
We will see you all coming January in Yokohama.
The Pocket Films Festival in Japan organizing committee
Japanese pocket films screened at the 4th edition of Pocket Films Festival in France!
The 4th edition of the Pocket Films Festival took place at the Pompidou Centre in Paris, from June 13- 15, 2008.
A selection of the films from the first edition of Pocket Films Festival in Japan were screened at the special program.
Also, "moviecollage" directed by Katsuki Tanaka from Theme program was selected for International Competition Program.
